Mayfair HOA Dues

The 2025 Monthly Mayfair Home Owners Association Dues are:

$75.00 for Single Family Homes

$93.10 for Townhouses

Payments are due on the first of every month, after the 10th of each month a $25 late fee will be applied to the account. “Late Notice” shall be sent to any Owner who has not paid any assessment in full by the close of business thirty (30) days after the applicable Due Date.
